Just like the previous owner wanted me to know what the car needed, I want to share what I know with the next owner.
This car is close to perfect, however like most things in life it is not perfect.
Of course you are welcome to conduct your own pre-purchase inspection.
Rear Differential pinion seal (small amount of diff fluid detected on exhaust pipe and on diff housing, not enough to drip to the ground) At the same time it is recommend to go ahead and replace the "Driveshaft Center Support Carrier Bearing" (which caused the diff seal to widen) and the Guibo which has a crack in it. Other than the leak the only symptom is when the car is cold you can hear a faint whirl for about 60 seconds, that is the sound of a failing "Driveshaft Center Support Carrier Bearing" and it goes away quickly, most people do not hear it. Car drives like new as is. These repairs should be completed as a preventative measure soon after purchase.
Very small amount of oil weeping from front low side Grommets (1 on each side, 2 total) and I mean very small. No oil on bellypan and no oil leaking from the valve cover gasket. This repair could wait.
Right side license plate light does not illuminate (1 bulb still works).
Replace power steering Suction Hose 32-41-2-228-873. There is a very small amount of fluid weeping. This repair could wait.
Rear swaybar link balljoint boot (small tear not urgent, still functions normally)
Rear side sun shades and rear window sun shade stuck.
Replace sunroof gasket. There is an intermittent rattle at high speeds going over bumps. It does not leak. Part included with sale. I almost never notice it.
Glovebox Damper broken. It still opens and closes as is.
Very weak battery in spare Key FOB
